Pine Tree Village is a self-managed community with a volunteer board who is extremely active and proactive in the care of our neighborhood and common areas. The board is supported by two part-time employees. We welcome all homeowners attendance at the monthly Board of Directors Meeting and Annual Meeting.
Board of Directors Meeting
Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month at 9 AM in the Clubhouse, except for July and August. We hope to see you all there!
Annual Membership Meeting
Our annual membership meeting is held the third Tuesday of January at 7:30 PM at the Clubhouse. Please join us in the governance of your community.
